Corporate Lawyer - Online Retailer

We're working with an online health & wellness retailer who are looking to bring on a part-time corporate lawyer for the next 4 months, to assist the team during a busy period.

Main duties will involve:

• Managing a corporate transaction
• Due diligence
• Corporate and transactional work as legal counsel
• Some work around share options
• £50m worth of transactions - made up of primary and secondary
• Liaising with external counsel

Skills required:

• Someone who can work autonomously, who can hit the ground running
• Experience in scale up environment
• Experience working with similar businesses on similar transactions
• Someone interested in the health and wellbeing space (not necessary but desirable)

It's 3 days per week, with 1-2 days in their London office.
