Hunter Savage is working with a leading offshore law firm to appoint a Corporate Funds Associate (3-7 PQE) to its market leading corporate team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Funds Associate seeking exposure to premium international work, advising global financial institutions, private equity houses and investment funds. The role offers a strong platform for progression, combining high quality work with a more balanced and supportive working environment than traditional London practice.

Practice Focus

The successful Corporate Funds Associate will join an award winning corporate practice, recognised as one of the largest and most established in the Channel Islands. The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated investment funds matters, including structuring, formation and ongoing advisory work. You will be involved in complex, cross border transactions, working closely with high calibre colleagues on cutting edge offshore mandates.

Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years' PQE with a strong corporate or funds background
• Experience advising on investment funds, ideally gained in a leading UK, Irish or international firm
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
• Interest in developing a long term offshore career
