Corporate Partner based in Birmingham City Centre is sought to join this leading Top 50 Law practice. The firm has a strong client list of national and household names and is looking for a corporate partner to drive the team forward. The successful candidate will join as a Corporate Partner, working with existing clients and bringing new clients to the firm. The corporate team handles a variety of matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, buy-ins, private equity, start-ups, and share options. They serve family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience managing their own caseloads and a proactive, flexible approach. An interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and technology is preferred.
