JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Solicitor
PQE: 5+PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham

Responsibilities

• Cover the full remit of corporate law and deal with a varied caseload of corporate matters, including acting for family businesses, banks, financial institutions and listed companies.
• Handle transactions ranging in value and manage cases such as joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups and share options.
• Work proactively and flexibly to develop expertise within corporate law and contribute to a leading team known for quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate finance.
• Ideally at least 4 years of experience managing own caseload of corporate files, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups and share options.
