Corporate Finance - Associate Director

Our client, a leading top 10 professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a high calibreCorporate Finance Associate Directorto join their growing advisory team. This is a key hire at an exciting time of expansion, offering real responsibility, client exposure, and a clear path to progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) from initial pitch through to completion.
• Assist in financial modelling, business valuations, due diligence and market research.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including pitch decks, Information Memoranda, and strategic reviews.
• Conduct industry and company analysis to support deal origination and execution.
• Interact with clients, investors, legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the deal cycle.
• Collaborate with senior team members on business development and new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified.
• Prior experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation and analysis.
• Commercially astute, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, deal-driven environment.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
