Job Description
Overview 
Berry BMW Heathrow is looking for a Driver working from our depot in Green Lane, Hounslow. Delivering Vehicles to businesses in the Greater London area, giving an exceptional handover experience.
Your role- Be fully committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to every customer.
- To communicate and work with integrity, honesty and openness with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- To build and maintain excellent relationships with your colleagues, other dealership departments and BMW UK.
- To drive in a safe and legal manner to ensure that accidents and incidents are kept to a minimal level.
- To ensure that customers are made aware of where their vehicle has been parked.
- To ensure that no speeding or parking fines are incurred while driving vehicles.
- To ensure that, where relevant, parts are properly packaged and protected from damage while in transit.
- To ensure that vehicle interiors and exteriors are cleaned prior to customer delivery in order to achieve the maximum presentation for vehicles.
- To operate within the vehicle in a clean operational manner; no litter, no smoking and to report all faults or problems on the vehicle.
- Commitment and willingness to work additional hours/days as required.
- Knowledge and adherence to systems including legal responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act, and Vehicle Taxation Validity.
- Acceptance of and willingness to adapt to new methods and procedures.
- Establishing a good image and relationship with people whom we deliver to or collect from, including other branches of Berry Group and acting as ambassadors for the dealership.
- To comply with the Quality Standards agreed upon within the dealership in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Personal appearance should be in accordance with Company Policy.
- All customers should be treated in a polite and courteous manner in accordance with Company Policy.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a full UK driver's licence.
