Corporate Counsel - Infrastructure Fund Asset Management

Deepstreamtech seeks a corporate qualified lawyer based in London to support its DWS Private Equity Infrastructure business. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE at a reputable law firm, capable of managing asset management activities for portfolio companies. This role involves negotiating commercial contracts, liaising with external counsel, and providing support during the recruitment process for management team members. A strong command of English is required, with other European languages being a plus.
