Job Description
Role Overview

The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Corporate Complaints Officer to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis from 27 July 2026. Based at 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1RW, the role pays £24.62-£32.15 per hour via Prism.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for investigating complaints, responding to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and applying dispute resolution processes, while maintaining strong customer service standards and communicating clearly and professionally.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in complaint investigation, experience handling FOI requests, and applying dispute resolution processes are essential. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally are also key.
