Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial and corporate legal advice on complex matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advise on corporate transactions and general commercial projects.
- Support matters connected to the automotive and motorsport sectors.
- Minimum 7 years PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
- Proven experience in commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and advisory work.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team to deliver practical, strategic solutions in a dynamic environment.
