Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Managing a diverse portfolio of private sector audit clients
- Identifying audit risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulations
- Training and mentoring team members, developing their professional skills
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio
- Contributing to the firm's business development initiatives
- ACA and/or ACCA qualified
- Proven experience in corporate audit, including managing a client portfolio
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in identifying and mitigating audit risks
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior staff
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
