Corporate Associate (M&A, Private Equity)

About the Role:

You will join the team, working with seasoned M&A lawyers, where you will advise clients on an array of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisition (private and public), private equity, corporate re organisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.

This will service multinational clients across a range of industries including consumer goods & retail, energy, mining & infrastructure, financial institutions, health care & life sciences, private equity, technology & media.

Qualifications:

You will be a qualified solicitor 2-4 years PQE (post qualification experience), with a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
