A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its London energy and natural resources practice.
The role offers UK and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on oil & gas and infrastructure. Clients include major corporates and international investors.
You will ideally have c.3-5PQE gained at a leading firm, with relevant sector experience and strong technical and drafting skills.
