Our Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team serves a broad client base, offering services in tax strategy, governance, technology, diligence, structuring, and more, providing daily variety. You'll build strong relationships and be supported by a team that fosters your growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tax compliance and advisory services to diverse clients, utilizing shared services or technology tools.

  • Experience dealing with senior client management.
  • CTA, ACA qualification, or equivalent.
  • Post-qualification experience demonstrating professional growth.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • An understanding of risks related to quality control and escalation procedures.
  • Willingness to participate in special projects as needed.
  • Ability to guide and supervise junior colleagues.
  • Experience leading small or less complex projects.

At BDO, you'll be valued for who you are, supported by our commitment to agile working, career development, and a collaborative culture. We foster mutual support, respect, and continuous learning, investing in state-of-the-art facilities and networking opportunities.
