Corporate & FS Lawyer - Fast Paced M&A (6m, Soho)

A UK digital bank is seeking a corporate lawyer with 3-4 years PQE to support financial services operations. The role involves handling corporate matters with a focus on M&A, advising on regulatory considerations, and working closely with stakeholders. You should independently manage workstreams and engage with external counsel. This full-time position prefers at least 4 days a week in the Soho office and will last for 6 months, with an ASAP start date.
