A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing London team. The Role

As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Managing and developing an existing client base
• Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives
• Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas
• Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology
• Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy
• Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work

The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long term client relationships.

• 8+ years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
• Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters
• Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships
• Excellent client management and business development skills
• Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision making ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm
