The opportunityYou will play a central role in shaping and developing the Corporate & Commercial practice, working closely with the wider partnership and senior management team. The work is varied and high quality, encompassing:
- M&A (including mid market and owner managed transactions)
- Corporate reorganisations and shareholder matters
- Commercial contracts and strategic advisory work
- Long standing regional clients alongside national and international instructions
