We're working in partnership with a well-established, highly regarded law firm on the South Coast, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

You will handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures and complex commercial contracts. The work is varied, intellectually engaging and client facing, offering genuine exposure to high value transactions and long term advisory relationships.

The firm's client base includes high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and established businesses across Southampton and the wider Solent region, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful connections and develop your reputation in the local market.

Requirements

You will be a qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with solid experience gained in a reputable firm. You may be looking for a step up in responsibility, a better quality of work or a more personal, relationship driven environment where your contribution is visible and valued.
