Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised and professional Corporate Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and reception support within a busy corporate environment.
This is a key role supporting senior teams, internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of corporate services.
What you'll be doing- Acting as the first point of contact at reception, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across corporate functions
- Managing diaries, meetings, room bookings and events
- Handling correspondence, emails and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinating meetings, conferences and high-profile events end-to-end
- Liaising with internal teams, partners and the public using tact and diplomacy
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Supporting facilities, estates, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Ensuring deadlines are met and organisational procedures are followed
Essential experience
- Proven experience in an administrative and reception role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting meetings, projects or events
- Good working knowledge of administrative and office systems
Qualifications:
HNC, part-degree, or equivalent relevant experience
