Are you ready to shape the future of finance within a dynamic and purpose-driven investment environment?

A leading infrastructure fund manager with approximately USD 2 billion in assets under management is seeking a talented Corporate Accountant / Financial Controller to join their growing team. This is a greenfield opportunity-you'll be instrumental in building and in-sourcing the finance function from the ground up.

With a portfolio of critical infrastructure investments supporting nearly 20,000 employees globally, this firm offers a unique platform where your work will be highly visible, commercial, and impactful. This is more than a finance role-it's a chance to build, influence, and lead within a respected investment platform backed by a legacy of operational excellence and long-term value creation.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and enhance accounting processes aligned with internal controls and business needs.
  • Manage a wide range of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, accruals, and fixed assets.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations across bank accounts and general ledger items.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, including consolidation and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate on tax and regulatory reporting, and maintain core financial data for compliance.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

What You Bring:

  • 2-5, or more, years of experience in corporate accounting, financial control, or external audit.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with group structures and intercompany accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Business Central and Continia experience is a bonus).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with a relevant academic qualification.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to systems and process improvement.
