Copilot Adoption, Learning & Change Lead

UBDS Group is seeking a CoPilot Adoption, Learning & Change Analyst to work with clients to maximise the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot following implementation. You will develop adoption strategies, deliver engaging learning experiences, and support organisational change to drive user confidence and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on adoption campaigns, learning curriculum, and champion networks, with responsibilities spanning analytics, reporting and stakeholder collaboration across
