You will work while respecting standards and recipes, contributing to the production of cocktail items, both cold and hot, as well as preparing dishes for pop-up restaurants created for large-scale trade fairs. You will rigorously apply hygiene and safety standards at work while actively contributing to the success of the fairs at Palexpo, offering a memorable culinary experience to visitors.With a background as a cook, you have had the opportunity to train in traditional establishments, catering, or community service.
