Hours: 10 hours per week
We are looking for a Part time Cook to join the team at Greengate House. The role involves preparing and delivering quality meals that meet individual dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production of freshly prepared food.
- Review menus with residents and incorporate their feedback to create appealing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety compliance with legislation and organisational procedures.
- Control costs within agreed budgets.
- Previous kitchen or catering experience, including handling busy kitchen environments.
- Food hygiene skills and knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while adapting to residents' dietary needs.
