Overview

Working in a kitchen, you will be able to competently put together a range of meniu items from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Customers will range from holiday guests staying in on site, who have the option of dining in or having a full menu range delivering to their cabin, to local day visitors popping in for coffee and cake or some lunch.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and handling.
• Prepare and cook all order including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Comply with Health and Safety and complete required paperwork associated with a food environment.
• Understand and encourage the principles of safe food handling to ensure all food preparation undertaken in the kitchen is to the highest standards of hygiene.
• Prepare and oversee the cleaning rota,to ensure the regular cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment and appliances of cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous experience in purchasing and stock control is desirable.

32 hours per week, 4x8 h shifts over 7
