COO Strategy & Performance Leader: Roadmaps & Governance

AXA Ireland is seeking a Strategy and Performance Manager for the Chief Operating Office to coordinate enterprise priorities, govern initiatives and drive performance across the organisation. You will develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, manage governance, and craft narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires judgment, influence, and the ability to challenge priorities, surface risks, and ensure effective decision-making across the COO leadership team.
