COO Strategy & Performance Lead

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a COO Strategy and Performance Manager for an international insurance and financial services organisation based in Dublin. You will partner directly with senior leadership on enterprise-wide priorities and contribute to operational resilience, AI initiatives, customer experience and continuous improvement.

You will develop and maintain the strategic and operational roadmap, manage governance for COO requests and board papers, prepare strategic materials, and
