COO Operations & People Insights Analyst

Royal London in Alderley Park is seeking a COO Business Operations Analyst to join the COO Business Operations team. You will coordinate activities, track progress on people priorities and inclusion initiatives, and support senior leadership with timely updates and materials.

You will analyse data from colleague networks and engagement surveys to inform action plans and improvements across the COO function, including early careers activities and external submissions.
