Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
Provide clients with clear advice on legal matters related to property transactions.
Keep abreast of changes in property law and conveyancing practices to ensure best practices are followed.
Experience
Proven experience in a conveyancing role or similar position is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear manner.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes, including case management software.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
