Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Portadown, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team.
The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team with excellent administrative support and a strong local client base.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and associated conveyancing paperwork
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitorsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of client care and service delivery
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
