• Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation in residential property law, it is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing team

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders
• Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets
• Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department

• Minimum 3 years' PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems
• Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets
• Excellent client care and communication skills
