Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Hungerford

Full-time Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary: £35,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Our client, a respected law firm based in a welcoming small market town, is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied conveyancing caseload while developing their career in a supportive, friendly environment.

The Role:

You will manage a full and diverse caseload of residential property work, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity and property gifts
  • Plot sales and development-related matters
  • Regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their transaction
  • Maintaining strong existing relationships and developing new ones with agents, brokers and other professionals

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experience in residential property/conveyancing work
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally
  • Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships
