This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its plot sales conveyancing team and is looking for a qualified conveyancer with up to two years' experience handling their own conveyancing caseload.

The Role:

• Develop your expertise in technical site set-ups
• Your caseload will include advising on affordable/shared ownership schemes & high-value transactions for national housebuilders
• Gain exposure to the commercial elements of conveyancing through acting for high quality developer clients
• Work closely with national housebuilders, regional developers and registered providers

What do you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• Up to 2 years residential conveyancing experience
