A well-established law firm in Marlow is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, client-focused solicitor to handle high-quality conveyancing work within a supportive and reputable practice.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• New build transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring all files progress smoothly and efficiently

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing (PQE flexible)
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of property law
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• The ability to manage a full caseload independently
• A proactive, organised, and detail-driven approach

NQ solicitors with strong conveyancing experience will be considered.
