The Role:

You'll handle a mix of residential and light commercial conveyancing, joining one of several busy, close-knit teams.

Work will include:

• Managing files from instruction through to completion (initially 10-15, building to 50-80)
• Sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and small commercial transactions
• Liaising directly with clients, lenders, agents and colleagues to keep matters progressing smoothly
• Supervising or mentoring junior staff as your caseload grows

About You:

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ-5 PQE)
• Experienced across the full conveyancing lifecycle, not just one process stage
• Proactive, organised and confident handling your own workload
• Collaborative team player who values mentoring and being mentored
