The Role:
  • Provide full administrative support to conveyancing solicitors
  • Prepare and manage legal documents for residential and commercial property transactions
  • Maintain accurate client files and case management systems
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to progress matters efficiently
  • Assist with reporting, billing, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
  • Support the conveyancing team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Person:
  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, with conveyancing exposure
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
