Conveyancing Partner (Residential) - Taunton - Up to £80,000 - Salaried with Equity Prospects An outstanding regional firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner to lead and grow their Taunton office. This is a key senior appointment and a rare opportunity to play a central role in a well-established, profitable, and close-knit practice. You will have visibility, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice.The Role: This is far more than a fee-earning position. You will:
- Manage and lead the Taunton office and residential conveyancing team
- Oversee and develop residential conveyancing work from instruction to completion
- Play a strategic role in the day-to-day and long-term direction of the firm
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and referrers
- Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation for high-quality, personal service
