Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Conveyancing team at our Norwich office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals
  • Maintaining diary and appointment management
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
