We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established general practice in Navan, who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team. The Role
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors within the Conveyancing and Probate team
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, wills, and correspondence
  • Assist with title searches, due diligence, and other conveyancing matters
  • Manage case files, including scanning, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare documentation and papers for court
  • Handle post, client enquiries, and general office administration
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and other professionals in a professional manner
The Person
  • Experience in Conveyancing and Probate is essential
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
  • Strong document production, formatting, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
