Overview

This is a great chance for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload and enjoy some working flexibility with outstanding legal support from a new business team through to post completion handled.

The Role

Handle a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters.

Run files independently from instruction to completion.

The role has come around purely due to expansion.

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner / Conveyancer
• Confident in managing a full residential caseload
• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (preferred, not essential)
