Job Description

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly reputable, full service law firm based in Lytham, Lancashire. This is a permanent, full time job within the busy property department, offering an excellent salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional sick pay, and genuine career development opportunities.

About the Role

The Conveyancing Assistant will play an important part in a collaborative and well established property team. You'll be supporting a busy caseload of property transactions, particularly focused on residential and commercial developments and plot sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and issuing conveyancing quotes
  • Opening and closing client files
  • Conducting title and document reviews and preparing supporting reports
  • Ordering conveyancing searches and analysing the results
  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation for transactions
  • Supporting fee earners with file progression and client liaison
  • Overseeing post completion formalities and maintaining compliance
  • Ensuring the smooth running of files from instruction to completion
About You

To be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant job in Lytham, you must have at least one year of paid experience in a conveyancing setting, either residential or commercial property.
