Job Description
Assistant Conveyancer - Stockport 
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 DOE
Location: Stockport
Partnered with: Time Recruitment
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
- Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
- Managing post completion tasks including registration and SDLT submissions
- Previous experience in a conveyancing support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with case management systems
