Conveyancing Assistant - Up to £31,000 - Bath

A well established law firm with a strong reputation in Residential Property is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support its close knit conveyancing team in Bath.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that prioritises quality, teamwork and client care, rather than high volume production line conveyancing.

You will play a key role in supporting Conveyancers on a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, as well as liaising with clients and invested parties where appropriate.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Supporting shared ownership matters, including staircasing
• Preparing and issuing documentation
• Liaising with clients, housing associations, lenders and solicitors
• Managing files and ensuring compliance with procedures
• General administrative and transactional support throughout the conveyancing process
