This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Solicitors on a broad range of Conveyancing matters, within a firm known for its professionalism and client-centred approach. The environment is collegiate, well-structured, and committed to high standards of legal service.The Role: You will provide comprehensive support throughout the conveyancing process, assisting from initial instruction through to post-completion. Responsibilities will include:

• Opening and progressing residential conveyancing files
• Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Managing searches, title documentation, and completion statements
• Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Ideal Pre-Requisites:

• Experienced as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant within Residential Property, or willing to learn
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple matters concurrently
• Calm and professional when dealing with clients, with clear and courteous communication
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit legal team
• Familiarity with case management systems and conveyancing procedures advantageous to application
