My client is a very well regarded full-service law firm working out of lovely modern offices in Birkenhead and from home. This firm has an opening within its award winning Residential Conveyancing department for an experienced, ambitious Residential Conveyancer (fee earner, licensed conveyancer or Solicitor).

The Conveyancing department is industry recognised for its high quality work and the outstanding level of service it provide to its clients. You'd be joining a very experienced team, consisting of both qualified and non-qualified Conveyancing fee earners. Your new role will see you manage your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ably supported by a dedicated support team who answer to you. Your caseload will be truly varied and you'll ideally have experience in dealing with the full spectrum of Conveyancing matters (including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy etc).

The Conveyancing team is friendly, experienced and supportive, used to providing a bespoke service not a volume service. You'll be encouraged and supported to reach your full potential and progress in the longer term and be rewarded with a competitive salary which will be in line with your experience or PQE.
