Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded and growing law firm in Leicestershire. This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual seeking progression within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role:

You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in the continued development of the conveyancing team and the firm's reputation in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy and first-time buyer transactions
• Handle both registered and unregistered titles, including acting for lenders and company purchasers
• Deliver a high standard of client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the growth of the department through networking and local business development initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven residential conveyancing experience
• Confident communicator with strong client care and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress your career within an established firm
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail and organisation
• A genuine team player with a positive and forward-thinking approach
