Controls Product Leader - AI, Automation & Risk

Monzo seeks a Senior Controls Product Manager to lead the Controls Product & Enablement team. You will own risk lifecycles, prototype automated workflows, and drive AI-enabled controls, working across Technology, Data, Product and Risk & Compliance to ship safe, scalable solutions.

You'll be hands-on, building MVPs, defining requirements, and guiding two data/automation specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce manual risk friction.
