We are looking for a Control System Engineer to join our friendly team at Jordan's Dorset Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years, and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us achieve these goals.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in improving, maintaining, and rectifying electrical control systems within a manufacturing site.

Key Accountabilities
  • Carry out root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement improvements to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.
  • Design and implement modifications to existing electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

And possess the following skills and experience

  • Minimum Level 3 Equivalent Apprenticeship in an electrical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Expertise in electrical systems, components, and equipment, including knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Good understanding of PLC, HMI, and servo systems, preferably Allen Bradley.
  • Experience with AUTOCAD or similar design software.
