Contracts Supervisor - Landscaping
Central Belt Van Provided Reputable Contractor
We're partnering with a growing and respected landscaping contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Contracts Supervisor to support their ongoing project delivery across the Central Belt.
This is a key role supporting the Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites, while also managing customer care, additional works, and variations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong site background who enjoys a mix of supervision, coordination, and hands-on leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Contracts Manager with planning and coordination of daily works
Supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Managing customer care tasks, variations, and additional works
Attending site and client meetings and ensuring excellent client service
What we're looking for:
Experience in landscaping or construction site environments
Supervisory or foreman-level experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence - company van provided
What's on offer:
Salary circa £38,000 to £42,000
Company van and fuel card
