Contracts Manager - North Wicklow

A Tier 2 contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a large-scale North Wicklow-based construction project. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor health & safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with commercial and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Report on project progress and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing large-scale building projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
