Contracts Manager, Civil & Residential Groundworks (NW)

Solum Assets Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead civil engineering and residential groundworks projects across the North West, covering the Stoke to Blackpool region. Typical project values range from £1m to £40m, with a strong emphasis on delivering on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS and CSCS cards, bring a solid track record in residential groundworks packages, and be skilled at coordinating with blue chip developers, subcontractors, and clients.
