Are you a Contracts Manager from a drylining background?Do you have experience delivering large scale drylining projects?TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time
• Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
• Write and manage site programmes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
• Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
• Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
• Project values circa £1-5 million
• Report directly to the Regional Director

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
• Minimum 5 years' management experience
• Good IT and reporting skills
• Full UK driving licence
